Our selection process is as follows:

• Submit Resume/Fill out Application

• Conduct a written test (basic English)

• Pre-sreening interview

• Situational-Awareness Interview

• Background Investigation

• Obtain Security Clearance

• Job Offer

• Complete Palisade's In-house training program (paid training)

• Hired on probationary period for 90 days
